Cancellation and Shortening Your Stay
Your reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date without any charge. The same policy applies if you decide to shorten your stay.
No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to charge their credit card an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night (or retain the deposit) and cancel the reservation for the remaining nights.
Please Note
Guests who require an invoice are kindly asked to provide their billing details when making the bank transfer.
Invoices for businesses and self-employed individuals can only be issued within 7 days of the deposit being credited to our bank account.
